CrashReady is made by BeznosTech. By using CrashReady you agree to these terms.
A tool that helps you document a car crash: photos, information exchange, statements, a preliminary look at visible damage, and general guidance about crash-reporting rules. It organizes your information into a report.
CrashReady is not law enforcement, an insurance company, an attorney, or a licensed repair estimator. Nothing in the app is legal advice, an insurance decision, or a professional repair estimate.
If anyone is hurt or in danger, call 911. Never delay emergency help to use the app, and only use it when it is safe to do so.
Reporting results come from fixed rules based on the information you provide. They may not cover every circumstance. When in doubt, contact law enforcement. You are responsible for meeting any legal reporting duties.
With Premium, AI may read text from photos and transcribe recorded statements. AI may also review visible damage. AI can make mistakes. Damage results are ranges based on visible damage only. Always check and confirm every value.
Only enter other people's information when they choose to share it. Never enter or touch another person's vehicle. Use the app lawfully and honestly.
You can document a crash without an account. An account is needed to save to the cloud, download, share, or use the Digital Glovebox. Keep your sign-in details private.
Basic crash documentation is always free. Optional paid features and partner services (repair shops, towing, rentals, attorneys) are your choice. Partners are independent businesses; we are not responsible for their services.
The Premium Crash Report is a one-time payment per crash, not a subscription. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see your full card number. If something went wrong, email us within 14 days to ask for a refund. A refunded or disputed purchase removes Premium access for that crash.
We work to keep CrashReady accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, BeznosTech is not liable for decisions made based on the app.
We may update these terms. If changes are important, we will let you know in the app.
